Computer / Network Support Technician in Los Angeles:
Pros: I love the work. I did agree with the internal practice of opportunities for upward mobility. Apple has not done enough to resolve issues of racial inequalities internally.
Cons: The hidden compensation of internal positions or growth opportunities.
September 2020
Communication sucks.
Computer / Network Support Technician in Mesa:
Pros: People are great to work with. Clients are awesome.
Cons: Management clearly has their collective heads up their ass. Employees in the back are considered “cogs” or cost on goods shipped. Complete lack of trust in middle management to make decisions and spend budgets how they best see fit. Pay and mobility within the company is abysmal. One person at the top controls the whole show like some malevolent puppet master. Highest turnover rate I’ve seen at any company I have worked for which makes projects getting done is near impossible as most who leave or are let go take the tribal knowledge with them. Other than that, it’s great here.
