Compliance Analyst Reviews

What is it like working as a Compliance Analyst?

September 2023
Challening.
Compliance Analyst in East Lansing:
Pros: I love doing IRB work. I think it is important to protect human subjects in research.
Cons: Isolation
May 2023
Compliance Analyst in boksburg:
Its not an 8 hour job you will need to put in extra hours of your personal time in order for you to meet deadlines and targets
February 2023
Overworked & Underpaid.
Compliance Analyst in Los Angeles:
Pros: Used to love the culture, but not so much after I starting feeling unappreciated and unrecognized.
Cons: Little to no room for growth, not having the opportunity to do work that aligns with my job description, feeling like the company backup for everything (even IT). Doing everything but compliance related tasks.
February 2023
Great team.
Compliance Analyst in Scranton:
Pros: open communication, great management
Cons: egregiously low compensation commensurate with my 15 years of experience
January 2023
Pay Not Representative of High Cost of Living.
Compliance Analyst in Seattle:
Pros: Being able to work from home. Walkability and access to public transit.
Cons: It's extremely expensive to live here and my current pay doesn't align with the cost of living, and the merit/cost-of-living increases offered last were were well below the increased percentage of inflation.
April 2022
Stressful.
Compliance Analyst in Kuala Lumpur:
Pros: Vibrant city in hopes it will get better, some friendly collegues
Cons: Misogynistic culture still prevails, have to still listen to stubborn elders even if they are wrong
March 2022
Underappreciated and fast paced.
Compliance Analyst in Kuala Lumpur:
Pros: Currently where I am working it is fast-paced and constantly growing where I can enhance my skills over time.
Cons: Employers never appreciate employees here. Malaysia is still lacking in innovation and creativity in the working environment. It is hard to share thoughts and opinions in this misogynistic and "filial piety" culture.
