Pros: Good benefits, coworkers and positions are well defined; no unexpected out of scope projects.
Cons: They tend to pay as little as possible. For any position, the stated range can be 50k - 100k and I bet they won't pay you more than 60k.

Cons: Culture is lost. Used to be a great environment, however, there is zero structure to the organization. The credit department is built around a training program that spits out underprepared college graduates.

Cons: They hired someone they fired 17 years earlier who bullied their employees because they feel threatened by the experience of others. Upper management does nothing and loses the best employees due to it.
