Pros: Meeting new clients and learning about their businesses.
Cons: Have to maintain a high level of responsiveness during work hours.

Pros: Bremer allows you a great work/life balance
Cons: Bank board is in litigation with each other over weather to sell the bank or not.

Some professional growth opportunity but little potential for long term success.
Commercial Banker in Durham:
Pros: The people are generally friendly and the work isn't terribly stressful. Pay is fair compared to others within the industry when considering location, experience, etc.
Cons: Management isn't very strong in terms of the long term potential for the success of the business. There is much talk of encouraging the lending teams to go after the "right kind of deals" but it isn't clear what those deals are based on credit decisions and discussions.
