February 2015
Collections Clerk:
Pros: Leaving at the end of the day.
Cons: Working in such a toxic/harassment filled environment. Lack of support from HR manager re: abusive staff. Harassment been going on for a year. Still nothing done to stop the bad behaviour of a 63 women who is so threatened by me that she had to elbow me on the stairs and has been trying to get me to quit since day 1. The compensation isn't worth it for what I do.
