Calling more than 100 debtors per day, making ptp arrangements via debit order, settlements, and hand payments in stores or at the bank. Maintaining my productivity and showing/teaching debtors what is so important by paying debts, requesting settlemnt letter and send statements to debtors. Reminding debtors to pay accounts. All this done telephonically.
Collection Agent:
Pros: Showing and teaching debtors to pay his/her debts. I learn daily, many languages, how to lead conversation. I like it most when I logg ptp via debit order and settlements.my score card with commissions.
Cons: Earn lowest salary in the world especially when I didnt reach a target. Pressurised, lot of noise in a center. Audit reports and when I did nt reach a debtor.
