Great place to obtain internship hours. After you are licensed, there is not many opportunities to move up. People that move up due so as a result of favoritism even do sometimes they don’t have the appropriate degrees. The agency structure for some programs is messy, and disorganized.

Clinical Therapist:
Pros: Helping others, seeing a variety of people, diversity. I enjoy learning and using what I have learned in school.
To help others. I enjoy my co-workers and feel supported by them.
Cons: The intense back-to-back schedule of seeing clients. Feeling exhausted and drained, the extensive case management. The push is never ending from upper management.
