I love it and enjoy challengers.
Clinical Operations Manager:
Pros: Being able to take care and help people who are chronically ill. Working with doctors who seem to have the same goals I do. Working with staff who does what they are asked to do and are doing more then one individual's job. I enjoy the travel and visiting other physicians' office when marketing our office.
Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like about my job.
