Pros: Opportunity. The city is busy.
Cons: Some days are worse than others. Socioeconomic issues in certain areas can make for some difficult situations.

Pros: The Chief Executive Officer is an amazing woman with a huge heart. She acts out of love and grace. She has made this place the best place to work.
Cons: The majority of clients have Medicaid, this becomes a problem when the government cuts funding because people lose access to services. I would prefer if no person ever had to worry about cost when it comes to mental health and substance use treatment.
