Instability.

Pros: I like my office and co-workers.
Cons: The higher-ups, Trinity Health of New England parent company doesn't care about their employees or the level of care we provide to our patients. They only care about how much money they can make and save. They make a lot of bad decisions, and the company is now going under because of it.

Pros: I have a good amount of autonomy doing my job and my supervisor is hands off but supportive regarding our roll and in the hospital
Cons: I feel my pay has been low balled despite my sometimes fruitful efforts for a pay raise

It's ok, but corporatee initiatives are very time consuming and take away from quality patient care.
