Small Company, Great Perks.

Pros: This small company is not bound by a large, rigid corporate structure. This allows for many extras such as Costco membership, boot camp exercise program, flexibility with schedule, bonuses.
Cons: There is a lack of leadership within the company culture. When interpersonal issues arise, the owner does not handle things very well.

Pros: I am an expert in my job which is a challenge everyday. Customers call for all the issues that they face but sometimes an issue comes which the Tier 1 is not able to solve hence i am called. This is my challenge ............ resolve it , come what may..... use all resources available across the globe.
Cons: Everybody does not understand that unique challenges have a different high on being accomplished ..... hence they term it as wasting time
