Client Services Representative Reviews
What is it like working as a Client Services Representative?
August 2020
Lost in sea of thousands of employees.
Client Services Representative in Los Angeles:
Pros: I like BofAs ethics
Cons: The corporate attitude assumes the branch leaders have the same intentions as them for thier employees but, in fact are disconnected.
April 2020
Overworked and underpaid.
Client Services Representative in Lynn:
Pros: The people that work there are friendly and down to earth. We all work hard and get everything done on time.
Cons: Compensation is terrible, they promote your title and tell you a raise is coming, but it never comes. No raise in over 5 years, and that raise was less than 2 percent. So really no raise in over 10 years. However I excel constantly. There is no room to grow financially here.
October 2019
Being my own boss.
Client Services Representative in New York:
Pros: Being able to work autonomously
Cons: Lack of transparency
May 2019
Fantastic Company.
Client Services Representative in Orem:
Pros: I love the transparent communications and expectations from management. There are many opportunities for professional growth and outstanding benefits.
The team is friendly and great to work together. Boostability has an amazing culture of teamwork, friendliness, and working hard with playing hard.
They trust you to work on your own, while expecting co-operation and a strong work ethic.
Cons: I have been with two other companies similar to Boost's company size, culture, and claims of value to the employee. Boostability is the only one this far that has lived up to it's name.
The thing I least like are crunch days happening, which occur for everyone once in awhile.
May 2019
Job Security for Sure!
Client Services Representative in Carrollton:
Pros: Job Security, flexibility for hours
Cons: lack of benefits, pay, poor executive decisions.
April 2019
Friendly people who support you in your daily interactions in the workplace.
Client Services Representative in Winnipeg:
Pros: flexibility to work part-time while going to school full-time
Cons: not enough opportunities, not given a chance
April 2019
It's alright.
Client Services Representative in Tulsa:
Pros: It pays more than the surrounding suburbs.
Cons: Depending on which market you are in, growth is limited.
