Pros: I have learned so much in the past two years, while also making connections with co-workers that will last years. I have enjoyed watching my department change and flourish and the benefits are hard to beat.
Cons: While I have loved watching my department change and flourish, I have also experienced the crud-end of the stick of being responsible for keeping in afloat and training multiple new employees for the role; however, I was never compensated for my time and dedication over the years.

Pros: Everything is very accessible here, traffic time never exceeds more than 25 minutes and is usually only about 20 minutes from one side of town to the other. This city is growing and there and people are very nice, less expensive than other cities for cost of living.
Cons: Oklahoma City is about 3 years behind other cities on growth.
