Claims Adjuster Trainee Reviews
What is it like working as a Claims Adjuster Trainee?
July 2022
Up and down, back and forth.
Claims Adjuster Trainee in Sacramento:
Pros: They are flexible, have great benefits, my coworkers are amazing. There are so great employees there. It’s easy work for the most part.
Cons: There’s too many changes all at once, upper management can be passive occasionally and if there is a problem and stressing out one or more people, even if you discuss it with your supervisor; nothing really changes. They will shun people who aren’t team players. Encourage working off the flofkD
September 2019
Typical office job.
Claims Adjuster Trainee in Dallas:
Pros: I just started, so I can’t really say. Starting off is a lot of training videos. But once I really get going. I’ll like the job ever more. You get an hour break. If you don’t want to take it, you can eat at your desk and leave an hour earlier.
Cons: Can get boring at times.
