Lots of work, but not difficult.

Pros: The benefits are great and the people and atmosphere is generally very supportive. Leadership wants you to succeed and provide opportunities to advance.
Cons: There is a lot of work, though it is not difficult. Many days, I feel that I've worked a lot without getting anything done. As with any customer service role, the customers can be difficult to deal with.
