Pros: The work is interesting with new software etc. The work is always challenging. The work is always changing with trends and seasons. The software and the markets are slowly catching up with my mathematical knowledge from 25 years ago.
Cons: Little appreciation from management. Little appreciation from co-workers. Little appreciation from customers.
