Great Interesting Job.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
Pros: Autonomous, very flexible time requirements, close to home, good staff benefits, great work environment, free skiing and golf, no major job impediments.
Cons: Manager is very difficult to work with, doesn't empower his staff and always takes the credit, never does annual reviews in a timely fashion.
