It’s decent. The thing I don’t care for is how a lot of things aren’t automated. It’s a very old plant and the don’t invest money into the facility.

Pros: That if you work hard, then opportunities are given. If you work for it, then management does recognize your efforts and rewards you for it.
Cons: At times there can be too much bureaucracy in decision making in upper management. Upper management can also press to hard to complete projects early, which has lead to some precarious situations at the detriment of the company. These are currently being addressed, however, by senior management officials, and is on track to becoming a much better place to work.
