Horrible company.

Pros: There are some good people, but even they hate their job.
Cons: Management is horrible. They make promises and then constant excuses as to why they do not follow through. If they do not like you, you will not go far. They will put you in a position to try and make you fail, and they will write you up until they can fire you. If they do like you, you can do whatever you want and get away with it . They do nothing to support their employees.
