Pros: With my job I like the fact that I get to have human contact, and I get to sit and provide support to the clients that I end up seeing at the engagement part of the process. Also, I get to work with the insurance companies to approve services on behalf of the clients and organizations to ensure utilization of benefits and insurance.
Cons: I do not appreciate the fact that we have people in positions that are not qualified and they make more than people who are more qualified and apt to help the clients. Moreover, the fact that I feel discriminated against due to the color of my skin, etc.
