The organization overall is/seems great. They are growing rapidly which has caused some growing pains. Culture is really dependent on the team you're on. Compensation is decent, but has room for improvement. Good health, dental and vision. Decent 401k options. Get rid leadership that micromanages and stop promoting favorites because they brown nose and stop celebrating mediocrity and bad behavior and this may be the perfect job.
