What is it like working as a Certified Phlebotomist?

I job that makes a difference in the world.
Certified Phlebotomist:
Pros: I love working with giving caring people and knowing that the work I do helps to save lives. It's very rewarding.
Cons: The work hours are very consistent. They vary from early in the am to late in the pm sometimes. There is no consistency. The company supervisors are very negative. They do not motivate the employees to work together and to excel within their jobs.

Be dependable, flexible, a team player. Learn all you can from co-workers. The more u draw the better you get. Can be stressful.

Pros: Helping others.
Cons: Seeing others sick and seeing the children sick and in pain.

Pros: I love my coworkers the great hours that offer some overtime every other weekend of.
Cons: The rate of pay.

Pros: I enjoy meeting people, having made several friends, and the people keep coming back to me as I am a gentle caring professional person whom they feel at ease with.
Cons: Being taken for granted, having my work interfered with via other staff, changing my caseload and rearranging my diary.
