Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT):
It honestly depends on the kind of management from the store you work at. I came from an amazing work environment in Flagstaff AZ under the amazing management. They always encouraged and believed in their employees achieving more. After I transferred to the Las Vegas store, the work environment was more focused on numbers and prescription sales than it was in the employees and customers. My advice is to do your research and ask the technicians what the environment may be like so it fits your needs.
