Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Willmar:
Pros: Big, but small town feel, you do see some of the people you work with out in the community. Commute is easy, cost of living is a bit expensive (especially if you are renting), does have decent restaurants (both chain and local). There are many lakes nearby, nice bike path, they are in the process of updating and adding amenities to parks. Easy drives to Minneapolis and St Cloud.
Cons: There is not a whole lot of night life, most people I feel are "homebodies", diverse community (which can be good/bad, depending on how you feel), has the essential stores/restaurants but feel it could have more.
