O lord we are spliting again.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA):
Pros: I love my residents. But im not to fond of my co workers or my supervision peers. We are always working short and can not take care of residents properly. Its not fair to us as workers and it is so not fair to the residents. The good thing though is you can get as many hours as you want because we dont have enough staff to ever cover a shift.
Cons: Almost any and everything. Not enough help and residents do not get the proper care they deserve.
