What is it like working as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)?

Overall stressful I pick up for the slack of other CNAs on the unit and for 6 months management cannot find replacement employees for people who quit . So now traveling CNAS and Nurses are deploying to our hospital.

They expect more than you physically capable of.

Im a special attendant they wont raise my pay or pay mileage I get paid like a sittes.

Job is great and no issues with coworkers. Payroll calculation needs to change.

Pros: Enjoy helping with taking care of the residents and enjoy helping my co-workers and helping the RNs etc. The cnas/nas pay honestly needs to be raised and the payroll needs to be changed where total hrs multiple by total pay which makes sense instead of the long way.
