Certified Medication Aide Reviews
What is it like working as a Certified Medication Aide?
January 2020
Rewarding but challenging.
Certified Medication Aide in Pulaski:
Pros: Home like environment with a relaxed feel. I am valued by the company and I am trusted. I possess a skillset that is paramount to my employer, and they show me I'm necessary to them.
Cons: Not enough staff to allow me the time I would like to spend with each resident. While my pay is above what most places would pay me, I still believe I am underpaid for the important job I preform. Some employees are shown favoritism and are not held accountable for their infractions or mistakes, while others are overly or unfairly held responsible.
