Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) Reviews
What is it like working as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)?
May 2016
Corporate culture places low value on my skills set.
Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES):
Pros: Designing and innovating new community health programmes, working in partnership, cross sectoral working to achieve policy change and make a direct difference to people's lives. I work with a great team of like minded health professionals who are striving to make a difference too.
Cons: Hierarchical structure out of date with the requirement to have a multi disciplinary, learning and knowledge driven organisation.
