Always short staffed, to much pressure on employees, better pay for the job. Management not consistent. Benefits are ok, the job is very high pressure with a lot of turnover. I’ve worked several locations & found favorites. Managers overworked. This company is corporate & not interested in their employees health.

The company doesnt match in 401k.... 2-3% max annual raises..... However, they expect employees to go above and beyond in daily duties and initiatives...they do not pay for training new hire............

Over workered and under paid. If they call you RUN. Clinic are full of drama. 16 hr shifts 4 days weekly and then fuss when you get overtime. Very hard and emotional job. Techs do all the work and RN just sit around.
