Catering Assistant:
I love working here. I have amazing benefits and the best boss ine could ask for. I will admit my pay could be better but Im willing to take the lower wages for a good work environment. Ive been here alittle over 2 yrs and plan on staying much longer. HR dept is excellent with helping one resolve any personal issues that may arise in your life and relieving the stress that may come with having to take a leave of absence.( worrying about having a job to come back too became non worrisome and Im so grateful for this) I recommend working here as its family friendly and its multicultural environment is very welcoming.

Catering Assistant:
The clients were great and management was alright. I could have used more direction instead of learning by preventable mistakes. As an hourly, Compensation was low but others were offered more. The culture was geared toward client satisfaction. Better management would have been useful when it came to schedules. The manager played favorites when it came to hours.

Review.
Catering Assistant:
Pros: It's fast paced and I work very fast, I wouldn't be able to sit down all day like an office worker. It's a friendly environment............ Sometimes.
Cons: I am a better worker and know the job better than my supervisor who has been there for less time than me but I get paid much less. My supervisor is also my managers best friend. I feel like the rest of us employees are unequal to the supervisor.
