Pros: There are so many relationships you get to share with other like minded organizations. Which allows more opportunities for people less fortunate due to unbearable circumstances.
Cons: The concern for people less fortunate than others is no longer existent. There is more of a concern for those employees who are responsible for caring for the unfortunate and their opportunities to move forward. In any field, it becomes an almost impossible feat to become better than oneself in many respective fields in Newark. Lack of opportunities
