Pros: All my work is close to my house in any plant aroundI can be in any plant in 30 minutes.
Cons: The company I was with does not having to work to keep me busy I've been in this trade for 30 years plus ran three jobs will signature groupand the pay is not what it is supposed to be.

Pros: Hands on work. Seeing a finished product.
Cons: Physical, drive my own car. Not payed super, no pay slips, no overtime. Always feel like the one losing out.

Over worked; under paid. Too many chiefs, not enough indians.

Cons: People are too lazy and want to get paid to do nothing. No work ethic. Hear complaining too much. Under paid. People seem to have either low education or brain capacity.
