Career Services Advisor Reviews

What is it like working as a Career Services Advisor?

May 2019
Career Services Advisor in Boise:
I love what I do and working with students & graduates! However, the company does not compensate each department fairly. The front end is treated like royalty while the back end makes less than the low end of what we tell our graduates they could make with a degree. I make what we advertise a HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE will get you! There is definitely favoritism and complaints are NOT investigated in a way that explores all parties involved. Very disappointed in the way the company is going.

Career Services Advisor:
There are challenges anytime you have a group of people working together. As long as you don't make the wrong people upset it is a fine place to work, but upper management caters to one group and the rest of the campus suffers.
