Pros: The freedom it provides. I don't have someone looking over my shoulder constantly.
Cons: I hate that I am making $9.60 /hr. and I can barely feed my family. I should be making at least 10.

Cons: The way I'm treated when I know my worth. I don't get paid for the hours I've put in but yet still work my tail off to make sure my individual's are taken care of correctly because I actually care.
