Stressful Environment (ED) - MUST BE ORGANIZED.
Cardiac Monitor Technician in Freehold:
Pros: You are secluded in a room by yourself for the most part while working in the ED. The average amount of patients on telemetry varies but overall its nothing more than 30 patients on at a time.
Cons: In order to properly do this job you need to constantly bend to press the KVM switch in order to navigate through the monitors. The computers will also automatically timeout after 1 minute so it is very difficult to always watch the computer screen while doing tele reports.
