Pros: I love that I'm able to do what I believe is best for my camp center and staff. I am trusted in the work I do, and given responsibility that helps me to not only grow, but challenge the people I supervise as well.
Cons: long hours and an odd yearly schedule. away from home for three months out of the year, and a lot of hours for not a great salary.
