My advice is that, it is very important that you listen to your leaders, do what you are told, not what you want but whats best for the company because at the end of the day its not about you but about the company, work as a team, have deciplene and respect time, time keeping is very important as it will save the company a lot of money. Be attentive and always be clean and look presentable.lats but not least, love what you do and do what you love.

Always stay on top of your game and update your knowledge.
Camera Operator:
Always stay on top of your game.Second best is never good enough.Don't get comfortable:keep learning and challenging yourself.Keep yourself in top physical shape so that you can cope with the physical demands of the job. A good mentor is a blessing and very rare..However, finding a mentor is a constant process. You will find many people who are initially willing to teach you, but who eventually prove to you that they don't have the patience. Don't be disheartened by those unwilling to teach you:you ar replaceable, but so are they.If it doesn't work out for you, it's not necessarily because of you.Maybe they are not the right fit for you, so keep looking for someone else to mentor you and who is "the right fit".Think of finding a mentor in the same way as finding a job. Also, if you are just starting out in the industry and can't afford to study film or TV at university level, speak to any of the technical staff at equipment rental companies. They are invaluable sources of information.
