Sucess is not only about how talented and skilled you are. You should make sure to pick the best team you can. A diverse team, where each member contributs with their strenghgts. An then, you have to excel in leadership skills, learnd to delegate. The more ypu delegate and trust your people, the more your staff can be engaged in working towards your goals.
