Pros: Helping people feel better! Working hard and staying busy. I enjoy working in a small office with a more intimate atmosphere where the patients are treated like the special individuals they are!
Cons: Not being appreciated for all the things I do in the office that may seems small and meaningless, but ultimately make the office run smoothly. Sometimes people can be so demanding with no understanding or remorse for what it takes to complete their requests. In reference to the staff, as the saying goes, "one rotten apple spoils the bunch!" I have unfortunately found out that this saying is true! It's a magical time when everyone gets along and works well together! Personally, I just want to come to work, do a good job, laugh with everyone and then go home! If only.....
