Pros: I like how I can manage my own office and ensure reports are completed in a timely manner. Learning about compliance, Joint Commission . I like the people I work with and finding new ways to improve the process.

The perks of this job is getting out into the community and meeting business partners and having the opportunity to partner with them. There is a great variety of projects to be involved in and the best perk is being able to give back to the community. People who excel at this job are very interested in giving back to their community and finding ways to partner with other organizations to bring benefit to the whole community.

Cons: In a small company access to resources can be challenging.

Cons: Stress and too much administration. The day is only so long.
