The perks of this job is getting out into the community and meeting business partners and having the opportunity to partner with them. There is a great variety of projects to be involved in and the best perk is being able to give back to the community.

Cons: In a small company access to resources can be challenging.

Cons: Stress and too much administration. The day is only so long.
