Pros: Meeting clients who don't have experience In their field but have a determination to do well.
Cons: Of lately we have been doing less of sales and advising of clients and doing more regulatory projects and that has dented our relationship as clients.

They pay below market, especially in comparison to other banks. Management are all about your performance and targets. They offer compensation towards pension and medical aid. High staff turnover due to low team morale and culture.

Pros: I love that Wells Fargo is a place where you can grow and develop into literally anything that you want to do in this company.
Cons: Since Wells Fargo has been in the media the banking standards have changed and I do not like the route the company is taking. I love the nature of the job but Wells' execution is horrible.

Supervisors are awful.
Business Banker:
Pros: Casual dress, ok pay plus a chance to make monthly bonus.
Cons: Supervisors are awful, uneducated, no management skills, micromanaged dept its like adult day care, even if you come in on time, do your job, its constant micromanaging, not desirable.

Pros: Good team work, the pay not bad.
Cons: Manager don't really appreciate your contributions.
