Great Benefits, Silly Pay Discrepancies.
Business Analyst, IT in Lincoln:
Pros: Great benefits make it tough to leave here.
Cons: Pay Discrepancies make an otherwise enjoyable work place tough to stay with. Two people in the same position, doing the same job, with the same experience and background should not have a 10k pay difference.

Help Build a Brighter Tomorrow.
Business Analyst, IT in Chalmette:
Pros: The work I do benefits so many people to achieve their own goals, which in turn also benefits others who rely on them.
Cons: Can be very hectic and stressful with almost always having to work even when you are 'off the clock'.
June 2019
Its ok.
Business Analyst, IT in Phoenix:
Pros: It is a very safe employer. Even if I didn't have a project I would be paid full-time.
Cons: The lack of definition for job paths/promotions, and the push for the "bottom line" as we aren't the only contractors. It can be toxic at times, but I don't subscribe to not help/talk to the other contractors.
