Building Contractor Reviews
What is it like working as a Building Contractor?
February 2015
Rewarding closers.
Building Contractor:
Pros: I love working with my hands to create a place or space that is desired by the client. Or even to revamp a space that dated and watch the look on their face when the job is complete, especially when the client has trouble envisioning the end product. I like being the person you can trust to tell you correctly about any situation that arise about the project, to be able to respectfully disagree and continue with a good relationship. It is your project and I believe in the grand scheme you should be happiest with the end product.
Cons: When the client believes that what they desire should only cost what they believe it should cost and not what the industry calls for it to cost. Especially, when it comes to change orders in the middle of a project!
