Stressful and full of inconveniences.

Pros: If I work hard enough each day I can acquire a bonus for the amount of shower doors I build (50$) and I can leave early and still get paid for my 8 hours.
Cons: Stressful and hard to work at the desired pace because lack of material and short staff.

Pros: Starting out on a slab of concrete building a monumental beautiful home that some ones gonna call home for the rest of there life’s from the subfloor to walls to floors to walls to trusses to roofing windows and sideing. To a mail box at the end of there drive way I can drive by and say I built those 34 homes 40 pole barns that’s neat
Cons: I use to hunt as a boy right about whare there’s a mall. Farm land is disappearing every day along with habitat
