Pros: Learning something new everyday, giving people advice and helping them save money while getting the best coverage for less, overall making the client happy knowing I have their best interest at heart and they trust that I am giving them the best.
Cons: Tight deadlines, one mistake can cost millions, telling people there is another increase in premium even though they have never made a claim in years.
