Brewer:

Otherwise all good.
November 2015
Lots of cleaning with a delicious reward.
Brewer:
Pros: Creating a hand crafted product. Learning how to use and improve production equipment to make the best cider possible.
Cons: Repetitive motions and heavy lifting.
August 2015
Brewer:
Pros: Excellent co-workers, free beer from the taproom after work, and a relaxed daily start time when working on solo projects such as brewing or filtering.
Cons: No benefits of any kind, extremely hectic work schedule that can change with as little as 12 hours notice, and an illegally low overtime exempted salary of $400/wk (federal law sets the exemption floor at $455/wk). The company owners can't handle criticism or push-back. Slammed doors and yelling can be heard through their office walls on a regular basis when they're receiving bad news.

Long hours on your feet.
