Be a leader not a follower.

To sell a product know your product. Always respect your client and offer them good advice. If you have satisfied clients they will always be loyal to you. See your clients needs and do not over commit them. Be client orientated and manage your branch and staff. Meet the requirements set by company and government policies. If you have effective knowledge and time management you will handle the stress levels.
