Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Reviews
What is it like working as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst?
January 2023
There are certainly pros, but more cons have been popping up lately.
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in Omaha:
Pros: Generous paid time off and sick leave, imbedded training opportunities, relaxed dress code, provided computer and work station
Cons: Employee concerns aren’t heard with an appropriate frequency or response as often as they should be. Gossip and negative morale have increased. Pay is lower than what it should be. Tuition reimbursement is only for their program. Some practices and expectations are very outdated and questionable.
