Pros: The employees I work with on a daily basis are loving and caring people but the administration and supervisors do not compensate the employees for the tremendous amount of hard work they put in.
Cons: I hate being under appreciated and clearly over-qualified for a job I am so passionate about. The structure of the facility is putting both patients and staff in danger.
