Cons: The amount of work I have to do compared to other companies and the pay is less and raises are less compared to others.

Pros: Flexible schedule, working in beauty which I'm passionate about, free product from companies, & my manager is appreciative of me and does not micromanage at all
Cons: Our location lacks adequate security for the amount of theft and other issues that happen in the store. Aggressive & even violent customers therefore are sometimes made the responsibility of employees who are not paid well enough nor trained to deal with these situations.

Tasking Beauty Advisory Experience.

Pros: I enjoy setting up new planograms/POGs as well as Ad on Sundays. I also enjoy all the hands on stuff related to being a operations associate
Cons: The lack of full-time positions for tasking/operations beauty advisors. We do so much to get so little hours. If they didn't have a task team, the store would never be up to date.
